Shania’s Max Bet

Description: Shania’s Max Bet channels the glamour of 1960s Atlantic City casinos reinterpreted as a refined and richly layered cocktail lounge. A palette of deep crimson, navy, warm brass, and ivory brick is paired with mirrored ceilings, layered lighting, and upholstered banquettes to create a warm and indulgent atmosphere. Beyond the main lounge, a private dining room bathed in pink and dipped in sparkles introduces a playful contrast that adds personality and a sense of mischieviousness to the experience.

Grind Haus

Description: Grind Haus is a concept design for a vacant storefront in Brooklyn. The design takes inspiration from traditional Italian Coffee houses and embraces color. A soft green pastel plaster adorns the walls and a continuous stainless steel countertop runs the length of the prep area. Bright Yellow laminate is applied to the standing counter and cafe tables while the bar is clad in a rich mahogany.

Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection

Description: At Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection, this pool deck renovation reorganizes the outdoor amenities into a series of distinct gathering spaces centered around the pool terrace. The design includes a cabana bar with lounge seating, day beds positioned along the pool edge, and an elevated terrace with sun tents and group seating areas. The layout supports both social activity and quieter moments of relaxation while improving circulation throughout the site.

Miami Desk

Description: This desk renovation in Miami is integrated within a corridor, where careful attention was given to proportion, detailing, and circulation. Natural walnut cabinetry, integrated lighting, and an aqua-toned stone surface establish an architectural focal point within the passage. Integrated lighting supports both task use and ambient illumination, while the stone selection introduces contrast and visual depth. The design emphasizes material continuity and functional detailing to create a workspace that feels cohesive and efficient.

Atlanta Primary Suite

Description: This attic conversion in Atlanta transforms unused space into a functional primary suite through the addition of dormers to increase headroom and usable floor area. The design leverages the existing roof structure to create cathedral ceilings, enhancing volume and natural light while preserving the home’s original character. Traditional molding profiles are incorporated throughout to establish a classic aesthetic that complements the architecture. The scope also includes the renovation of a master bathroom and a children’s bathroom, featuring integrated storage solutions, warm wall colors, and antique vanities to create cohesive, inviting interiors.
